The giant lot of cars is currently the Sherman Oaks Galleria. To the left of that is the 405 freeway and to the right of the lot is Sepulveda Blvd. Beyond the 405/101 interchange you can just make out the Sepulveda dam. If you go up Sepulveda and turn left before going under the 101 overpass, you’d be in my old neighborhood. And they were right. You sure as shit cannot go home again. That old neighborhood is now a vacant lot.
